These are the most impressive celebrity car collections in the world

Being a celebrity certainly comes with its perks. They may not get a ton of privacy when out in public, but it seems a fair trade off for all the the fancy parties, lavish homes, luxurious vacations and, in many cases, ridiculous cars.

Now, not all celebs are down with showing off their wealth, but thankfully, some are. Whether or not you’re a fan of their work, it’s basically impossible not to go full-fanboy over these nine celebrities’ incredible car collections

Gabriel Iglesias

Gabriel Iglesias fell hard for the first vehicle he ever owned, a 1968 Volkswagen Transporter bus he purchased for US$700. Twenty-four years later, following his major success as a comedian and actor, and Iglesias (also known as Fluffy) has allowed himself to indulge a bit; he now owns dozens of VW busses and bugs, which he keeps in his personal VW Museum, The Gabriel Iglesias VW Fluffy Museum, worth around $3M. What can we say? The man loves Volkswagen.

Ralph Lauren

Designer Ralph Lauren is known for his eponymous fashion label and its embroidered polos, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that a man who’s so sartorially inclined also appreciates the clean aesthetic of a well-designed vehicle–he sees them as living art. Lauren has been collecting cars since the 1970s — a Mercedes-Benz 280SE 4.5 convertible and a 1979 Porsche 930 were among some of his first — and his current spread includes over 70 vehicles that are limited-edition or one-off vintages. In 2011, the Louvre in Paris showcased 17 of Lauren’s cars in a four-month-long exhibition.

John Cena

This WWE-star-turned actor has been crushing skulls since he made his debut in the ring in 2000. The secret to his success? Muscles, lots of them. The result of his muscles and success? Muscle cars, lots of them. Cena has a 20-car collection that ranges from unique models to supercars, to cult classics, including a few AMCs, a yellow 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Rallye 350, a 1971 Plymouth Road Runner, and even a vintage Jeep Wrangler he bought with his first WWE paycheque. Oh, and let’s not forget the Ford GT he infamously sold.

Jay Leno

This former late-night talk show host’s car collection is so iconic, it’s even got its own TV show on CNBC — Jay Leno’s Garage. Leno’s personal collection contains 286 vehicles worth a total of around US$50 million. There’s a lot of automotive history in this building, including a Mercedes 300SL Gullwing coupe, a 1994 McLaren F1, a 1986 Lamborghini Countach, a 1909 Stanley Steamer and a one-off 2006 EcoJet made exclusively for him by GM.

Lewis Hamilton

If anyone deserves a garage full of fast and fancy cars, it’s four-time Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton, who has earned his stripes behind the wheel racing for Mercedes-AMG Petronas. The 33-year-old Brit has a net worth of US$46 million, with a fair amount of these assets sitting on four wheels. Some of his most noteworthy include a Ford Mustaing Shelby GT500, a Mercedes SLS AMG Black Series, a Shelby 427 Cobra — US$1.5 million for that one alone — along with a Pagani Zonda 760 LH and a LaFerrari. At least we know he knows how to drive ‘em properly.

Jerry Seinfeld

Jerry Seinfeld spun his monstrously successful TV career and love for cars into another show, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, now on Netflix. In it, Seinfeld picks up fellow funny people in a special vintage vehicle and takes them for a cruise and a cup of joe. The cars in the show aren’t usually his own, but he could definitely get a couple seasons out of his personal collection, which is housed in a US$1.4 million private garage in Manhattan … and that’s just the price of the building. The value of all the cars inside — nearly 150 vehicles, if the rumours are true — is unclear, but he did sell a collection of Porsches for a staggering US$22 million in 2016.

Floyd Mayweather

Floyd Mayweather gets paid A LOT of money to punch dudes. He’s really, really good at it. Like, best-ever good. If you’ve got it like Mayweather does, you’re all but expected to flaunt it. And flaunt it he does, with expensive watches, private planes and lots of cars. The 41-year-old currently owns a Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita, three Bugattis, an Aston Martin One-77, and a whole fleet of Ferraris, Lamborginis and Bentleys, including a Bentley golf cart covered in gold, which he bought for his son on his 16th birthday.

Rowan Atkinson

That’s right! Mr. Bean has a wicked-cool car collection. What is it about funny guys and cars? In any case, the British comedian’s stable includes modern classics like the BMW i3, Škoda Superb and the Rolls Royce Phantom Coupe, as well as vintage rides like a 1981 Aston Martin Vantage, a 1952 Jaguar MK7 and a 1939 BMW 328. Not included, however, is that three-wheeled Reliant Regal that Bean was always tipping over.

David Beckham

This British footballer’s expertise go beyond looking good in tighty-whities and bending it like, well, himself. The father of four is also a hardcore collector of automotive gems, mostly exotic luxury. Beckham has been spotted chauffeuring his family around in a black Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe (coolest dad ever), but when he wants to get away from the kids, he can get behind the wheel of a McLaren MP4-12C Spider (in black) or a Bentley Bentayga (also black). And when it’s time for Beckham to be chauffeured, he can slide into the back seat of his Bentley Mulsanne. It’s good to have options.
